Acupuncture Therapy for
LOW BACK PAIN

Basic causes of Back Pain:

General Recommendations:

Focusing, relaxation methods, biofeedback, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture and herbal treatments can all be very helpful. Diet is important in the healing process of pain. Moderate exercise is recommended on a regular basis to improve blood circulation in the body and aid in pain management. Avoid lifting heavy objects, to protect the back from obtaining too much pressure. Do not hesitate to seek professional help once encountered pain.

Dietary Modifications:

- Reduce your consumption of animal fats.
- Eat more fatty cold-water fish, such as mackerel, herring and salmon.
- Avoid instant coffee.
- Follow a cleansing and balanced diet.

Nutrients That Help

Vitamin K – has shown some promising result in pain management in studies not yet published.
Cooper – deficiency can contribute to pain perception.
