•Drinking 6 cups/day, reduces chances of developing type II diabetes by 50%
•Drinking tea can improve insulin activity up to 15 X
•The active compounds could not stay in the body too long. So you would have to drink 8 cups or more of tea every few hours to maintain the benefit.
